Overview
The Hermes Reference Oscillator is a small daughter card that plugs onto HPSDR Hermes to provide the following functions:
- Reshaping the
reference oscillator signal from Hermes to obtain a more
solid waveform for the Hermes 122.88 MHz VCXO to lock on.
- Automatically
switching to the reference signal when it is available.
- A better 10
MHz TCXO than the one that was included with the original
Hermes.
- Provision for
calibrating the 10 MHz TCXO.
